The Executive Committee held their 2nd general meeting, where a basic plan for the "Forest Festival of the Arts Okayama: Clear-Skies Country" was put together.
Additionally, the time period for the festival was set from Saturday, September 28, 2024 to Sunday, November 24, 2024.
