Naritoshi Suzuka was born in the town of Misaki in Okayama Prefecture, and graduated from Okayama Prefectural Tsuyama Higashi High School with a professional license from 18th Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie held in Lyon, France.
Comment by Suzuka:
“It is really wonderful to have this opportunity for contact with art in the Forest Festival of the Arts in the northern part of Okayama Prefecture, where I was born and bred. I consider it a great honor to be able to participate as the supervisor of the festival parfait.
“In creating this parfait, we made full use of local ingredients, with the idea of having those who appreciate it feel the richness of this district.
“Our vision is a parfait that guests will enjoy its texture and fragrance, the live feeling of its presentation, its flavor and then eating. I would be delighted if this parfait will be inscribed on a page of the memory of all the guests who dine on it. I do hope you enjoy it!!”
